-No. And frankly I cant think of something that would. Bioware could combine the epic storytelling of space drama with teh original Starwars and the inovelisation of "PS:T" plus the samdbox of "fallout NV" plus the MP action of "Freelancer" and it would likely get ****ed up.

Hell no. Dragon Age 3 will be the last game i bought from BIoware. I love the series too much just to don't finish it.

Why would Bioware make a ME4? They're going to dry this franchise up if they continue down this path and if Shepard or any of the old squadmates are in it, it would only make it worse.

If they fix the ending and give us a proper DLC with multiple different types of endings ranger from dark to bitter sweet to triumphant then yes. If not then no.

I hope we have an end to Sheppard's story, I like it too much to see changing all only to have another game...I prefer new ME story in this great universe. But for sure this is last time I get EA games at Day one, I learned lesson and I can wait more to see how a game exactly is, this one was my fault because love too much ME.

Still hope in good ending but disapointed to dont have this on my full paid game discs.

I probably wouldn't buy it even if the ending was done well in ME3.  After five years of Shepard and gang I couldn't really get into a story with the same setting.  If it was about Anderson then maybe, but I think this was the end of ME franchise for me.

I love the Mass Effect universe and I am inclined to say yes, but at the moment I cannot honestly make a blank statement like that.

It depends on what it will be about, what kind of gameplay it will have and wether or not the single-player experience will be tainted by a tied-in multiplayer part like in the case of ME3.

There is a chance that they will get it right again and I will take a look and if I like what I see, then I will buy, but I probably will not pre-order anymore and wait and see, if their claims turn out to be true.

But the Mass Effect Team should stay away from drawing out a story over more than one game. They clearly have a problem with continuity and seem compelled to reinvent themselves with every game and as awseome as the trilogy as a whole may have been to me, the individual installments feel disjointed and the only thing keeping them together got thrown out with the trash in the end: Shepard and her personal relationships.

Dragon Age was never meant to be a "trilogy" or series. DA2 they wanted a fantasy ME clone, and it had nothing to do with the spirit of the Dragon Age universe. Hawke was a poor man's Shepard, and I do hope they get rid of that model and go back to selectable races.

Nope. There is no point in buying another game in this genre or any other from them.

It's going to depend on how Bioware handles the endings.  They haven't lost me yet, but they need to tread carefully.

Why should I bother with a game that leads to a destroyed future?
After the events in ME 3 most species are back in stone age or extinct. Interstellar travel is impossible on galactic scale. So a game taking place after ME 3 wouldn't really be Mass Effect. It would be some sort of Fallout-Clone. Some survivors running though the ruins of smaller colonies while out-of-control husks try to kill everything they see...
And before Mass Effect 3?
Why bother. Every problem I solve, every person I help will most surly die a few decades later...

So no, I wont't buy a potential ME4. Perhaps if Bioware manages to fix the ending of ME 3 in a more than sufficent way, but even in that case, I won't pre-order or even think about buying a Collectors Edition...

Yes im not gonna stop playing games about mass effect universe just because the last 3 mins werent perfect and leave "plotholes" (imo it will be anwsered with DLC as is money).

what you fail to realize is there is a large amount of people who, like myself, can be completely turned off by a franchise, movie, etc. simply based on the ending.  For me, the ending is everything.  If the ending sucks, then it kills the entire experience in my opinion regardless of how much I like the game as a whole.  And "purchasing" DLC to fix the problem is not an option.  I refuse to be gouged out of more cash and pay for something that should have been included with the day 1 release of the game for FREE

I understand what your saying..but it seems that you "failed" to realise what i meant..theyre leaving plotholes and the so called "bad" ending so people can start saying we want another ending and blah blah so many plotholes we want anwsers..this is in my opinion..a strategy to come up with dlc that anwsers and show what the players wants but for a fee ofc :P

It depends on how they handle the ME3 ending fix.

I think EA needs to allow Bioware the time and money to build future games for the IP like ME and DA series. What I'm seeing is issues with not enough time in the development cycle.

I also feel EA will start moving to making bioware games just the skeleton frame content and everything else will then become DLC and Expansions.

Not a hell no (I don't judge a book by its theoratical cover), but I do agree the franchise need to move forward. Unless it has time travel, than it needs to move back, and the forward, than back again, than sideways, and than forward, even more forward, and than back to the starting point for a full circle. C'mon, bioware hasn't made a game with time travel for over a decade, since NWN: shadows of undrentide (not a typo, thats the name)

I'll probably buy anything thats even remotely connected to the MEverse (yeah I have an ediction), Its hard to find a good futuristic game world, unless it will have some realy crappy gameplay videos.

A sequel that isn't a spin-off? I seriously doubt they could come up with a story for one since Shepard's tale with the Reapers is over. If they decided to come up with one, I wouldn't buy it. I was invested in the main conflict that spanned these three games. Now that conflict is over, what would be the point in making another game in the core franchise?
