I was playing through with one of my characters and I noticed something,
She choose to sacrifice the counsel and choose Anderson to lead the new
counsel, in two I choose to get my Spectre status back when it was
offered to me. Yet in three in the part where Anderson prevents you form
falling he said “You were a counsel Spectre...” Did I miss something,
or is there a bug in that? I know that on another character he says I AM
a spectre so I KNOW the dialog is there, the only difference between
the two characters that I can think of that has any relevance is that he
saved the Counsel.
Is it a bug or did Anderson’s reinstatement mean crap in the second game if you don‘t save the counsel?
I think I found a bug

Why would you bump such a trivial mistake? Yes, the choice is probably not coded into that part of the dialogue. I don't know whether you can chalk this one up to the fact that they had a lot of choices and apparently overlooked that, or whether it's simply a case of them being rushed and couldn't get that out on time, between trying to get day one DLC out and the multiplayer side of the game.

My best bet being when shepard was releaved of duty, under investigation? in the time line between mass effect 2 DLCs and start of Mass effect 3, he had hes spectre status taken away again. Well thats my best guess anyway.

Because trivial as it may be it still needs addressing and if someone knows about it in time it could be addressed in the next patch.
