I purchased the exiled prince and legacy dlc a while back.  The laptop I was on broke and I had to reinstall everything on another machine.  I went to get reinstall DLC and it's not there!  I went to technical help with EA and they said my purchase doesn't even show up!  Tech support has been absolutely no help so now I'm turning to the players who might be able to help me figure something out!

Did you tie them to the account you're currently using? If so they should show up here, otherwise I don't know what could be the problem.
