My Shep was level 60, and I started the Ardat-Yakshi mission, and when I got to the combat, I realized I have no powers at all, and that I'm back at level 1.
The rest of my squad is still level 60 though.

I've had this happen at a way lower level right as I started From Ashes. I just reverted to a manual save I made on the ship and all my levels were back when I started the mission again. It's pretty random.

Well I have 2 options, reload a save and lose about 1 hour of progress, or just use the Gibbed save editor, and risk screwing up my game.
Losing 1 hour sounds like the best option, but that 1 hour was mostly doing fetch quests :/
And that is the worst part of the game.
Actually I read my playtime wrong, that save is from 2 and a half days ago. I just used the gibbed editor instead.

I had a similar experience happen during my first ME3 playthrough, after the From Ashes DLC. Once back on the Normandy, I was set to level 1 and had also lost all my money. I just restarted the game. Lol
