After playing the campaign, with no autosave, and creating 60 new saves, I cant save my progress anymore.
Everytime I press ESC -> Save, the button Create new save will not appear. I have 2 careers. In one of them, I can create, in another I cant.
Has anyone gone through this? How can I solve it?
I cant create a new save in a single career.

Delete some earlier saves, there's a max limit.

I dont think thats the problem. In one career, I have 60 saves and face this problem. In another career, I have 85 saves and I can create new ones.

I deleted one save, and the button showed up again. Whats weird is that even after deleting the other career, I was only able to save again after deleting a save from my current one.
Why I cant save 61 times in a career but can do it 86 times in another, I dont know.
