When this happens, you didn't lose your credits. You successfully bought a pack, but without seeing the actual "opening" process, you'll never notice what you unlocked, unless you pay attention to your inventory.

Same thing just happened to me. I contacted EA support through their live chatand they told me that the Resurgence DLC was free and should not have been charged. I tried to explain to them that it was an item pack and I was told that there was not an item pack called Resurgence, even after trying to show them copies of the purchase conformation emails that Sony emails when buying stuff off PSN. The guy told me there was nothing they could do and to contact Sony support.

Just had this EXACT same thing happen to me a few minutes ago. Took the money from my PSN "wallet", but got nothing.

On the phone with EA support right now. He doesn't believe there is a resurgence pack for sale and he is looking into it. He tried to have me call PSN but i fended it off.

Had the same thing happen. It seems they are not aware of the various packs we can buy in the game. They seem to think the Resurgence Pack we are having problems with is actually the DLC expansion.

Working on it, don't hold your breath though.
Also refused to disclose what third-world country the support was coming from. I saw a pic of a 'tech' trolling a customer the other day, thought it might happen, but my tech was all business. =/ =/
