As title says, I have Awakening registered to my account, and have recently decided to install the game after well over a year but have since lost case, cd, and manual for Awakening, I was lucky to even find my DA:O manual and cd.

Is there any way to recover my cd-key online since I DO have the game registered to my account so I can download it via Origin, or am I out of luck and have to shell out 20/40$ (depending on if I use EA's store or Bioware's DLC..purchase..page thing)?

edit: So the Bioware page for it just links to EA's store, so it's only 20$ either way.. still, I'd rather avoid that if possible. :<

Unfiortunately, "EA help" are the only ones who can help with any account info support. No-one here can.

Well.. I've checked out the help site but I don't really see anywhere to place a help ticket or otherwise petition for assistance, unless I'm blind.

Edit: Herpderp found it.  Hopefully they can provide the assistance needed.. I just figured I would ask here first to learn if such a thing is even possible.

Edit2: EA Help was unable to assist me in this matter.  Is the CD-Key used to register the game to your bioware account not kept on their database, then?

I suggest you try again with help.ea.com. Click on "Talk to a game advisor" and initiate a live chat. Be insistent that you do own the game, as it is registered on the Bioware site. If they say they can't help, then ask to speak with a supervisor.

One other note... if you have installed DA:O via disc, but you intend to install Awakening via Origin, you may run into an issue... the game may still check for the Awakening disc. The solution is to install *both* games via the digital download client-- this eliminates the disc check.

If you get stonewalled by EA again, I suggest you contact one of the developers directly-- either Chris Priestly or Luke Barrett. Both of their Bioware Social Network accounts are linked in the list of moderators at the bottom of each forum page.
