I'm liking the idea but have two things nagging me:
1) does it matter if you kill TIM b4 he kills Anderson? If so then why?
2) why do you still get creepy old guy at the end credits if you choose the other endings?
Questions about indoctrination theory.

It's a hallucination theory, i.e. it's all in his mind he's still on earth having been knocked out thus real endings still to come.
It can incorporate your final decisions because it's either you succumbing to it or not hence can impact the DLC thus it doesn't matter what ending you choose.

this answers your questions
to answer your second question, regardless of your choice, you always get that creepy Buzz Aldrin.

There's a choice to shoot TIM before Anderson and one after if you didn't. What does the order matter?
I know u get the creepy old guy regardless but my question is why? If u see him anyway at the end of the credits then what's the significance?
These are questions the video doesn't answer
