I upgraded my engineer drone from rank 5 (shock upgrade) to rank 6 (rocket upgrade) and now the drone never uses the shock attack. What gives?

I suppose it's meant to use rockets instead as it deals more damage. A bit bad if that makes the shock upgrade useless.

When your drone uses its rockets, chances are that it is too far to use its close range shock attack. If you went with the shock upgrade at rank 5, the chain upgrade at rank 6 will complement your drone better.
