Legion: Do you remember the question that sparked The Morning War? "Does this unit have a soul?"
Tali: The answer to your question Legion is... yes.
Legion: I know Tali.

He called her Tali, not Creator Zorah, not Creator Tali'Zorah,  but just Tali. He considered her a friend. Damn it, it makes me tear up just thinking about it.

Also seeing that some of the Quarians were killed by their own people for the simply trying to protect the Geth had me all sorts of angry and sad at the Quarians who fled Rannoch at the end of the Morning War for letting this part of their history be lost and teaching their children only hatred for the Geth.  

As for funny I have to go with Jennifer Hale's delivery of this line: "There's a Reaper in my way, Wrex!" She just sounds so frustrated. I mean here she is dodging Brutes, trying not to get stepped on by a Reaper, and Wrex is nagging her to hurry up?

As crap as the endings may be, this is still the best game I´ve played, and that means that it has some of the best dialogue that I´ve heard.

-Thane´s dying words

-Legion´s last words.

-Paragon Mordin conversation before getting in the Shroud elevator, and his songs in the control room.

Cried on those bits.Therefore they are the most powerful lines in the game to me.

Yes but he needed tali to acknowledge it... To admit the geth are sentient beings, and not mindless automatons

The Anderson line for me, too.  I had to pause my game because I couldn't see through the teary blurriness it inspired.  Beautiful, sad, poignant.  I thought this scene was so well done, even though it ripped my heart out.
