Anderson says to my femshep before he passes on
i swear that line just about ripped my heart out of my chest
OR
when legion finally achieves full individuality refers to himself as "I" not "we" and says "Keelah Se'lai" to Tali before going nonfunctional
I loved that line Anderson said, made me prehaps tear up a little...yes yes it did.

"Forgive the insubordination, but this old friend has an order for you... Go out there and give them hell. You were born to do this."
"Goodbye Garrus, and if I'm up there in that bar and you're not, I'll be looking down. I'll always have your back."
Manly tears were shed on that scene... tons of them...
And then tears of rage once the bastard disappeared along with the rest of the crew and went through the mass relay and god knows where, in what must be the silliest, most hole-filled ending, in existence.
Good thing Shepard takes a breath afterward. It's what made me believe that the indoctrination/dream theory is true and it's not just bad script
The hole goodbyes in London HQ were also emotional as hell. Didn´t make me cry, but I was amazed at the atention to detail. If only that atenton lasted 20 more minutes...

Kalahira, whose waves wear down stone and sand.
Kalahira, wash the sins from this one and set him on the distant shore of the infinite spirit.
Kalahira, this one’s heart is pure, but beset by wickedness and contention.
Guide this one to where the traveler never tires, the lover never leaves, the hungry never starve.
Guide this one, Kalahira, and she will be a companion to you as he was to me.”

The Anderson line for me, too. I had to pause my game because I couldn't see through the teary blurriness it inspired. Beautiful, sad, poignant. I thought this scene was so well done, even though it ripped my heart out.
agreed that scene was the most sombering the most emotional the most beautiful 2 minutes or so of the entire series the atmosphere the voice acting the music.... simply beautiful it felt like a sharp knife plunging deep into my soul never before have i cried for a video game

"What is it you need me to do"

Miranda's "Do I still fit in your plan, Shepard?" As hard as I try to woo some other gal, this always makes me say yes.
And Anderson's "I'm proud of you," obviously.
But one of the best, like RandomSyhn said above, "What is it you need me to do."
It's not the quote, it's that moment where Shepard expected it to be over and die, and he's woken up by Hackett's voice, and it's not "What, what's going on, where am I?" It's the sudden, instinctive "What do you need me to do?"
Shepard is so tired, so exhausted, and has lost so much by that point. One of the single greatest moments of the series, and solidifies my belief that this was always going to be some sort of tragedy about a man (or woman) giving everything he or she has within themself up for a greater purpose.

"Go out there and give them hell. You were born to do this."
"Does this unit have a soul?"
"Had to be me. Someone else might have gotten it wrong."
"You can let old wounds fester like Krogan have always done, or you can face the enemy you were born to fight. I choose to fight."
"You did good, son. You did good. I'm... proud of you."
Hackett's battle speech of standing strong and standing together.

They got me good.
Something that I really found inspiring and moving was the little memory-thing that Liara set up, "I guess I did write your name in the stars" or what it was that she said. I just found it so lovely that after all this fighting and she had thought of the future, in case things doesn't go well so that the next cycle can have a better go at it. And, that it just turned into such a great moment. Love my little team.

"I know Tali, but thank you. Keelah Se'lai"
The usage of first person instead of We, and the Keelah se'lai. Just such a good line.
