I'll go with my five favourites:
Anderson: "You did good son. You did good...i'm proud of you."
Garrus: "Not sure if Turian heaven is the same as yours, but if this thing goes sideways and we both end up there...meet me at the bar. I'm buying."
Grunt: "My turn."
Liara: "It would be easy for a single ship to get lost up there, wouldn't it? To find some place very far away, where you could spend the rest of your life in peace, and happiness."
Shepard/Liara: "I love you."
The Best, most inspirational/powerful line in me3

There were lots of great lines that I found memorable. One that comes to mind at the moment was when Shepard had saved Elcor from Dekuuna and asked how many civilians were saved.
The Elcor replied "Not Enough..."
I felt that I was talking to what would soon be an extinct race.
Not very inspirational I know.. but I found it powerful.

"Anybody got something to eat?"
No other line had quite the effect that did, in its context

That's the only things I've remembered.

It's even more powerful then that when you consider that normally elcor can't really express emotion in their speech. It's why they have to explain their emotion whenever they say anything.
But this time the elcor didn't explicitly state any emption, and yet in spite of that, or because of that, those two simple words were filled with more powerful emotion then any other elcor had ever spoken in the history of Mass Effect.

Been said many times before, for good reason.

(Since I'm sure most of the good examples have been mentioned already)
Not exactly inspirational, but at the end of one vid com conversation between Shepard and Hackett, I found it kind of amusing when Shepard says "Shepard out". I was like "ohh you devious little thing, you stole Hackett's line."

Javik: Stand in the ashes of a trillion dead souls, and ask the ghosts if honor matters. The silence is your answer.
Ohh... I got chills at that point. My trueblue paragon stopped in her tracks for a few seconds.
I was touched by Joker and how scared he was for Shepards wellbeing after Thessia, don't remember the line but that Hackett had asked him to keep Shepard. And he was so stressed out over that. It really hit me how difficult this must be for everyone on board of the Normandy. Just how stressful their lives must be.

I think my favorite line was Thane's son telling me that the prayer was for me.

One of my most inspirational lines from mass effect was in ME 3 when talking to Garrus before the final fight to the conduit.
Garrus: Now Shepherd, go out there and give them hell! You were born for this!

"Or.... maybe I'm just willing to do whatever the F$@K it takes to win this war."
Right out the gate we got the entire thing wrapped up by Vega.
Followed by the heart-wrenching:
"His wish was for you"
and
"Never..."

If you talk to Garrus after the Thessia mission, he will eventually ask you how you are doing. You have the option to tell him that there's only so much fight a person has in them, and only so much death they can see before... then Garrus interrupts with what I thought was one of the best lines in the game. He says something like:
"Before your friend picks you up, dusts you off and tells you you're the best damn soldier he has ever seen."
I really enjoyed that moment.

All the goodbyes are heartbreaking, but I found Shepard's moment of fragility when she asks Traynor "Would you stay with me, until I get the call" deeply poignant

Tali "I want more time."
Javik "I will be more than that..."
Mordin "Would have liked to have run tests on the seashells."
Garrus' bro-logue in London.
Legion's "Does this unit have a soul?" was pretty good, but I liked one of the earlier lines in the conversation to "This is not justice!". Was like the first time I'd ever seen Legion visibly lose his cool, which was a big deal considering his character.

I have wondered and thought searched and searched. It seems very solidly that the best line and most insperational in its or any other context stands as Mordin to Shepard..."had to be me...someone else might have gotten it wrong"

Mordin yelling "I MADE A MISTAKE" is the best for me.
