Don't know if anyone else has had this issue, I can't seem to find anyone suffering from it even on Google.

This has happened to me three times in random multiplayer matches; the run down is simple, during a match I get taken out, then instantly I hear the sound of someone reviving me however there is no one around me.  My health bar is returned to full, my shields return to normal but the camera and body are not together.

Of the 3 times I have had this happen, the first two I was hovering above my body, able to shoot things, although enemies could shoot me they seemed unable to actually kill me.  this last time I was sent into the floor to watch my feet.  Its a bit strange, if your unable to picture what I am talking about, I have screenshots.

The problem seems to be related to a mystery "revive".

There's anything you can do until the match has finished or you quit. I found that I commonly happens when you are selecting a power while you died.

Here's in-game footage to clarify of the aftermath of the random resurrection in which the OP is talking about.

There are rare instances where you'll be left unharmed by the enemies forcing you to quit if other team mates die.

Well nice to know its common, I hate it when its an uncommon glitch.
Now that you mention it, I think each time it happened I was using one power or another.
