HI I wanted to make a fourm post  because well its the secound to last thing I havent done yet. Around a couple of days before ME3 Launched I bought 2 copys of ME3 one for my self on my account and one for my younger brother on his account. My payment and transaction went through smoothly on my account and I  had gotten a email verification a hour later but my brothers account did not. When I tryed to log into his account It says the email with the account is invalid and we had not recived his email notification. I called EA Custumer support and they told me the account didnt exist and they asked for the email order number but becase I never gotent one I could not give them one. One week after I had gotten my Copy of ME3 I used the origin Level up Web assist thing and used it to chat with a what I think was a custumer suppurt member he basicly told me the same thing. now 3-2 weeks later I havent herd anything and im finaly ready to do somthing about it. The only evidence I have is that there was 60 dollars taken out of my bank acount. So if any one here can point me in the right direction or tell if there is a number I could call I would be very much appreciate it I would love to buy another copy of ME3 but I Cant afford it at the momnent.

Is this from a 3rd party vendor or Origin? If it's Origin then the only place you can get help really is EA support, and if it's a vendor you'll have to take it up with them.

If it was with Origin the only thing you can do is check your bank statement to see if the payment actually went through, or if 1 or none at all did. One of my friends had a case of paying for something on Origin and not being able to unlock the game and it turned out that the payment failed but he wasn't billed for it either, so neither side was at fault; it was just one of those **** ups that happen with digital purchases. Unfortunately I doubt you'll get much help here since this doesn't seem a technical issue.
