Hi folks,
Please help a poor, addled brain - I've seen in some adventures that the interior walls are different from the default plaster & wooden frame effect - I've seen some taverns with a nice white wallpaper & I'm sure I've accidentally stumbled overa log cabin wall effect too - but foolishly failed to write down what button or setting it was that changed it.

Embarrassing to admit I know - but I'm not proud  - what have I forgotten?

Well - b****r me - I've just noticed!

Once you put the tile down, it has a properties option & in there is a Wall Texture option that brings up a big old list of textures - you can get some right weird effects, but that's exactly what I'd forgotten.

I don't remember seeing that anywhere in any toolset guide - so just in case it helps anyone - here's the fastest answered query on the forums :-)

You can change the floors and ceiling too. Just be aware that not all combinations work, even if they work in the toolset (cough, PoE's neon beach interior, cough). You are best off going with the textures made for the tileset unless you're purposely going for a weird look.

You can also fiddle around with the colors, though this only has an effect on a handle of tilesets.

The sunken ruins textures are applicable to pretty much all tilesets though, since they're a uniform dark grey. I've also had some success with the castle textures on the illefarn tileset (I used them in the neutral plot path of Isle of Shrines). The occasional crypt floor texture doesn't look too bad with other tilesets either.

There is also a small Hak on the vault that gives you ten more floors and walls. Some of these are good.

I will link when I am next in the toolset to see where they came from.

They do suffer from being incomplete above the doors. I think RWS fixed this on another thread for alupinu so perhaps he will cut in and give some advice too.

Umm, well, pp. 33-34 of the toolset notes does mention this.

Dang - I thought I'd looked there - clearly not :-(|

Now I'm getting a different problem - this time with custom content - sometimes I can see custom items in the toolset, sometimes not.

Things I'm having problems with are items from the Tridents pack & RWS creature conversion set.

And for some reason, the snow textures - sometimes all I see are red/green patchwork where it should be in a town.
