Yes, the title speaks for itself. I'm unsure if my game has been patched, if I need to manually patch it, or does it automatically patch. If anyone can answer me with this, that'd be great!

On a side note, unlike ME1 and Me2 where I have a launcher, Me3 does not have one. It loads up from Origin, and takes me straight into the game with no launcher, could this be a possibility why?
