Everyone's posting fave moments and hated moments, but I think the awkward ones are worthy as well.
Not awkward as in the characters thought it was awkward, but when it didn't seem to fit in with what was happening in a funny way.
For me, it was in ME2, and my femshep was doing Jack's loyalty mission. Jack says something like, "I got out of there because I was stonger than everyone else!" and femshep goes "You move on, harder and tougher."
Or in ME3 when Cortez gots shot down. If you have Ashley she says something along the lines of (going off memory) "You're gonna pay for that! AAAAauuagrrrhhh!!!" observe:

For me it was when Shepard was talking to Vega in the captain's quarters. Vega comments on how nice it is, and Shepard says: "Trust me, that bed's not as soft as it looks." Vega pauses, and replies: "I'll take your word for it, Loco."

Pretty awkward, but kind of funny too.

Someone should do a "Socially Awkward Shepard" meme. Talks to Tali = gets friend-zoned.

when wrex/victus start yelling at each other and the paragon option makes it look like they just don't want to hear shep talk instead of being convinced by his argument.

Turning Liara down in ME1 is always horribly awkward to go through. There should be a way to prevent her from hitting on you.

Quite a few renegade options are a little awkward tbh.

Like the one in ME2 where the merc is fixing the gunship, and the renegade interrupt pops up, you do it and you kill him!!

- Shepard turns to his squadmates:
"Oh gosh, I just wanted to knock him out or something!......sorry dude"
