Yeah, having my *straight* femShep getting hit on by Liara in ME1, and Traynor in ME3. Sorry, but I don't swing that way :<
Also, getting shot down by Joker in Purgatory. I seriously thought the "I'm attracted to you" option was going to be Shep joking around with him. When I realized that she was being serious, I immediately alt-tab-ed and loaded up my earlier save. Poor Shoker fans probably cried out in anguish.

There were some awkward moments with my femshep, but mine was probably inviting Treynor up for "fun and games". I thought "chess" was a naughty game, but selected it anyway on the off chance it was actually just chess. It also felt awkward telling Diana I didn't want any funny business immediately after Treynor's visit.

Nothing tops being called "sir" twice towards the end of the game and running like a big American footballer.

When you forget to talk to Eve in your second playthrough and she doesn't tell Shep her real name. I kept waiting for it and then Shep just walks away and I was like "facepalm* I forgot to talk to her!"

Punching the reporter in ME2. Shooting at women who are also trying to kill you is one thing, but seeing my MaleShep punch a woman in the face just kind of made me feel weird, even if she is an annoying **** she didn't deserve it. It was my first time playing so I didn't know what happened if you did the renegade interrupt, didn't do it again needless to say.

MaleSheps big grin when Garrus is telling him about his sexual antics, thought that was pretty hilarious and awkward at the same time.

In ME1, when Liara says that an asari can mate with another asari, Shepard is surprised and says he/she thought the asari needed to mate with other species to reproduce *ultra major facepalm*

I feel awkward every time Male Shepard carries Kaiden off of Virmire. It's not right. It's pretty and all, but it's... not right.

ME2
I busted up at the following dialogue on Illium.

Ereba: "But marriage? It's not like where you marry a human and stick it out for a century - uh, no offense."
Cut to Shepard, totally nonplussed.

ME3
I really cringed when Male Shepard friendzoned Steve. I mean, there HAS to be a third option somewhere between "I'm into you too" and "I stare at Asari t*ts."

Is there anyway for my **** shep (female renegade) to stop it? Like can I tell joker flat out not to try an bugger my ship? Or can I convince edi that shes a computer, not a person and not to hit on my pilot?

Wrex: Well there was this one time the turians almost wiped out our entire race. That was fun.
Shepard: I heard about that. You know, they almost did the same to us.
Wrex: It's not the same.
Shepard: It seems pretty much the same to me.

It fits, but Shepard just comes across as so naive it doesn't seem right.

LMAO I've never heard that one before!

For me one of the most awkward moments is when Vega shouts "Woohoo" for absolutely no reason during the Palavan mission. Diane Aller's trying to hit on Shepard is also kinda cringey.

OK, I just watched it on youtube... So...
1) With MShep she says things like "sweating during a play" and "having something hard in hands"...
2) Shower with a bra?!
3) You get violines?! Steve doesn't get violines . Damn it! 
But, yes, it is a bit freaky. M.

My femshep did not enjoy Vega flirting with her. So she was a complete ass to him to avoid any possibility of romance.

In ME2, each time when I chose the option to talk to Jacob with my FemShep.
The tone in her voice sounded like she was in heat or something. (no offense)
