I really cringed when Male Shepard friendzoned Steve. I mean, there HAS to be a third option somewhere between "I'm into you too" and "I stare at Asari t*ts."

LOL, I literally cringed earlier on right after you walk up on him listening to his husband's last words. I was just trying to take the Paragon nice-guy path, and Shepard takes a step toward him and says, "I'm here if you need anything." *shutter*  I was cool with Steve, but my Shep don't swing that way.

FemShep visiting Kaidan in the hospital and the doctor dude stands right behind her while she's having her moment--which was awkward enough to start with. Kaidan's animations on the next visit are also pretty awful.

When Liara's "dad" refers to Shep as being Liara's girlfriend despite not having romanced her at all.

Dr. Chakwas quoting Joker referring to "Admiral Winky" or whatever it was.

Not counting the ME3 ending, I found that anything to do with the reporter in ME3 was terrible. That was by far the worst voice acting I've ever come across. The idea of a reporter on the ship could have worked, with another voice actor.

For me it was finding out that Joker's sister might be the farm girl that the Asari at Huerta Memorial was talking about it. I cringed when I found out her name was Hilary in both scenes

ETA: Also, the reference to the Quarian boy Jonas from ME2. The Quarian maintanence guy mentions him when you go to Rannoch to rescue Admiral Korris

Jacob's romance for me. Shepard acts pretty creepy when talking to him. All around the whole ordeal is awkward as hell. It's almost as if he's never really into the idea of being with Shepard at all. But the prize...

Emily Wong would have worked well IMHO.
