Jacob has about as much personality as KEI-9. Worse He get's a woman pregnant while they wrote Kasumi to still have a crush on him.(of course I would also hate Jacob for getting her, but this is just too cruel) Vega is more fun, and has bigger muscles. Doesn't matter what you look for, he beats Jacob anyway. J got a game for himself, but Vega will be the protagonist of an anime.

Vega. Totally Vega. I have a weakness for tattoos, plus as stated before, some of his nicknames are very hilarious, and while he's got a hero-worship thing going with Shepard, he's not to over the top about it. And it quite happy to speak to him casually. Even greeting him the nicknames phrases like 'Hey man, what's up?'. Honestly I the impression I got was 'If Shepard canonically had a kid brother - this guy would be it or at least very close to it'.

Jacob.

Why? For reasons already pointed out in the thread, he's normal. Compared to the other squadmates in ME2 there's nothing really special about him, he's just a soldier doing his duty to protect his people, I can respect that.

Vega on the other hand felt to much as the tough guy stereotype... I mean, hello?! I had Wrex in ME1 and Grunt in ME2, now i'm playing ME3 and I get this guy? I'll pass, after Liara joined I let him rot in the shuttle bay.

Vega since he doesn't suck in combat and is actually interesting.
