Every single time I have to use a mass relay in ME3, I either have to mute my TV or turn the volume way down. The sounds in the cutscene are excedingly loud. I'm fairly certain my neighbors don't need to hear a conversation on the Normandy then to fly across the galaxy in a sonic boom...
Is this particular sound adjustable? Assuming it isn't... but have to check

I had sound problems with this game since day one. It seems like I'm required to have this game at "Low" since "Dynamic" or whatever is to bloody quiet. I didn't have this much of a problem with ME 2 and especially ME 1.
