I am a Harbinger type of guy myself. Love his taunts in Mass Effect 2 when you fight the collectors. Sovereign was neat also but technically you only see or hear his presence in three scenes in ME 1 (Eden Prime, Virmire, and the Citadel final battle)

Well while Harbinger's so bad it's good quoths don't have the same effect as the rather spooky Sovereign, but Harbi shot down Shepard with a freaking anti aircraft laser.He is the actual main villain of the trilogy. Harbinger wins. No competition.

Sovereign scared the sh!t out of my when I first played. Harbinger is all well and good possessing people, but after a while it 'this hurts you' actually did, because it became so painfully easy to kill the Harbinger-possessed Collectors.

Sorry Harbinger, you're nice - well, actually you're an arrogant ****** for trying to kill us - but Sovereign is the one I prefer more.

I think its because we only saw him so briefly, and we knew nothing about him at that point is the reason why he was a scary machine.

Harbinger and hopefully there is some DLC to do him justice, I was looking forward to confronting him
