I liked ME1 Wrex better than ME3 Wrex. He has... changed. It's a positive change, but still... He looks different now. More... I don't know. "Leader-y".
So my vote goes to Grunt. Also because Steve Blum = InstaEargasm.

Noo.. I love both. But Grunt is my illegitimate test tube baby. I almost choked up when I thought he was going to own himself for Shep. One of the best scenes in the game, imo.

Gotta go with Wrex but Grunt is still awesome, wished we could have at least one of them on the squad. It doesn't feel right not having a Krogan on the squad.

Grunt hes so much more loyal to Shepard the way that one mission goes against the rachni how much he worries and cares for Shepard seems like so much more then wrex the way he just yells and demands stuff to shepard while grunt didnt do that all Grunt all the wayy !!!!

Thats pretty accurate. While I love Grunt and he was certainly one of my favorites of ME2 Wrex is THE Krogan and one of if not the only reason the Genophage is worth curing.

Wrex is beyond amazing. Grunt is alright in ME2, funnier in ME3, but Wrex is always spectacular.
Eve is also amazing. I was debating for a long time whether to sabotage the genophage since Wreeve was in charge, but in the end I thought Eve made it worth the risk.
