I can't unlock these items for my mass effect 3.  They dont appear in the download conent even after i log in with my bioware account.

If you have played through the entirety of the demo while logged in on PSN, then the items should be unlocked. You need to read the e-mails about them on your terminal for them to be unlocked. Then once you can move freely on the Normandy you can go to the armory and equip them.

Played the demo on Ps3...still dont have the armor or rifle....after playing the demo for as long as i did, i think i deserve the items, had no problem with XBOX, but PS3 is not giving up anything...

Sid66 I don't think playing the demo on the 360 unlocks the items for the PS3 version of Mass Effect 3.

You have to let the demo run to the end of the 40mins you're allowed, they'll unlock then, I got them on my second play through as I quit early on my first.

I played the demo a few times and got the armor but no launcher. WTF.

Same here. I played through the long intro, and then I wandered around trying to complete quests for 45 minutes, even seen the trailer at the end, but still don't have the Chakram Launcher for PS3. Just that weird looking Reckoner armour.

I also played the reckoning demo but all i have is the armor no rifle.

Finished the entire demo through Origin and got neither item showing up, pretty annoying tbh.

EDIT: they do show up in the  "Your registered game content" part of this website, but not on Origin. Weird.

You have to do it on the platform you want it on, also it is a limited time offer, guns are on the SP mode. According to the voucher included in the game the offer expires March 17, 2012 ( Update: you have to watch the trailer at the end of the free roam time too.

Done all that; played the entire 40 minute demo on PS3 multiple times, watched the end trailer, bought ME3 on PS3. Got the armor on day 1, but no launcher.
