 First, do the power damage bonuses from both intel and other powers affect ammo powers? For example Fortification has a power damage bonus as one of its mutations, and I was wondering these affected ammo powers at all. 

Second, does "active" for powers like Fortification, Barrier and Defense Matrix mean while the power is up, or the duration after you purge it?
