How has your shep grown through out the franchise?

me1: My canon shepard was always keeping to herself and just a no nonsense type of soldier in mass effect 1 but she did mean well.
me2:  So much trauma after she was ressurected from death and no one came looking for her. SHe was this mean mean **** actually
me3 : For the first time in her life she is scared of dying making decisions has never been harder. SHe lost a lot of people on that suicide mission and her mind state is starting to cripple every moment.
