I'm male and almost 23.  I grew up on SNES era RPGs (FF3 / 6 for you Japanophile purists, Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger, etc.), and I'm loving the marriage of the best old school RPG elements with modern gameplay refinements in DA:O.  It's one of the only real-time tactical RPG combat systems that doesn't just feel like a dumbed down version of what should have been a turn-based engine.
