and that is a very bold claim, M'Lady

You can't imagine how happy I am to actually hear the different accents in English. I don't think mine is that bad actually, definitly better than lady's Isolde. My ears bleed when I listen to her. I'm not far from Leliana really, well, accent speaking.

In the "Sacred Ashes" trailer, her accent sounds Irish to me ("The righteous shall stand before the darkness, and the Maker shall guide their hand.")  Am I the only one that noticed that?

I noticed that too, but it's done by Blur studios rather than BioWare so...
I think I actually prefer the Irish accent to the French tbh

Someone claims to be irish/french/have an accent: Why the hell do you automatically assume that the person in question's voice is by default any good  ?

Another thing: for whatever reason do you assume that 1) someone who claims to be female is true ( plenty of attention whoring guys out there with nothing more interesting in their lives than going trans over the internet)?
2) If said gender claim is, in fact, true, why do you assume that automatically equals hotness?

People assume what they want to be true, I understand, but dont forget about the ass-u-me philosophy

Because, as DA:O has shown us many times... you can take lousy voice acting and cover it up with an accent and it sounds great to an American audience!  =P

Dont we all do it though?  To me (another french girl) Leliana voice is meh and I dont get all giddy for french accent but I find charm in American south accent or British or Australian.  True I dont know you... maybe you are really a male with a whiny voice and you probably don't heal like Jesus!  but for now the illusion is there.
