1. Some choices are tough. This is one of them. Destroying the reapers with a giant EMP pulse has consequences, one of those is the Geth being destroyed.
2. You made a promise to Liara and that is why this choice is stupid? That is a little selfish don't you think? You are in this to save the entire galaxy after all...
