My favourite ending was where the Crucible works as a giant thanix cannon and in combination with the fleets demolishes the Reapers. An Epilogue then played showing cutscenes with voice overs on what happened to the Mass effect universe and it's many species and characters. Depending on your choices over the previous game the epilogue vastly changes.

Some of my favourite scenes from my epilogue were:

Liara and Shepard having Blue children

Wrex holding his baby Krogan

Tali rebuilding her homeworld with the help of the Geth

I lol'd too hard at the topic title before I even clicked on it, I need to change underoos now.

EDIT: And to answer the question; the one where my ultra-paragon five year-old, multiple playthrough 150+ hour Shepard destroyed all life in the galaxy to prevent all life in the galaxy from being destroyed.

I liked the ending where they're looking out onto the water, and they see the Spanish fleet in the bay and the Conquistadors coming ashore.

I can't decide between the one where the Mass Relays get destroyed, the one where my squad mates are stranded, or the one with the fancy colors.
Adds up to 16? Close enough.

The one where it turns out the whole trilogy was a story being made up by some old guy talking to his grandson... but just as he got to the good part he needed to go pee, so he cobbled together some random garbage for the ending, threw it all together, then dashed inside before he wet his pants.

His grandson always asks him to tell us another story about The Shepard, and the old man obliges, changing many things each time... but he never can get to the end without his bladder problems kicking in.

I was particularly fond of the ending where Liara and Javik walked out of the Normandy. I dunno, the one where Garrus and Javik walked out just seemed to fall flat. And don't get me started on the one where Vega and Javik walked out.
