The total cost for all the downloadable content is $45 (3600 BioWare Points), which is ridiculous, considering how long the game has been out and also the fact that most of it is included with the PS3 version. I've been waiting patiently, but I still refuse to pay what you are asking for for this DLC. Throw us PC players a bone.
BioWare/EA, please offer a sale on ME2 DLC and/or BioWare Points for us PC gamers!

Indeed. I refuse to pay nearly double for the four story DLC packs than what I bought the game for. I sense I'm coming to the endgame soon, so now would be a good time to have 50% off points please!

This was the very reason I refused to buy ME2 Digital Deluxe Edition until last week for under $9, got burned by getting DA:O, and around $60-70 worth of DLC and DA:A, only to get a slap in the face with the ultimate edition for the price of the original game ($39.99), haven't bought DA2, or ME3 for this reason either.
I'm more than happy to part with just over $22 as that will still be costing me less than what they want for ME2 Deluxe Edition normally, don't care about the extra kit that isn't involved in the storyline somehow.

I'm not sure what you mean... The ME2 DDE only includes Collector Assault Rifle, Collector Armor, and M-29 Incisor Sniper Rifle.

Sorry probably didn't explain well enough, I got the Deluxe edition for under $9, including the cost of the deluxe edition, when I buy the four story DLC's, it will work out to be around the cost of what they want for the deluxe edition normally ($29.99).

Couldn't agree more. I bought ME1 and ME2 on sale, so I've got no problem paying up for some DLC content, but the cost-benefit here doesn't even compare. Even based on the Origin prices for ME1 and ME2 it doesn't add up.

I'd agree that the DLC cost is pricey, especially compared to the low prices for the games that those of us who've come to them years after release are paying. But there's the thing that keeps me from being bothered by it - there's no difference between a $30 game and being able to buy four more missions for ten bucks and a $10 game where those extra missions will cost $30. If mission DLCs were as cheap as we'd like we probably wouldn't see the main games priced as low as they are, so either way we still end up spending forty dollars. And the cheap main game way round is better for anyone who doesn't want some or all the DLC.
Overall I don't mind DLC that costs a little more because it makes me think about how much I actually want it, More irritating is having to buy a DLC pack with 2-3 things you're not interested in to get one thing you do actually want, and more irritating still is to find out that there's some DLC you need to change platforms or have a bloody time machine and a plane ticket to get because it was promo content for a soft drink in another country. Trumping both of those is having to exchange real actual money into some electronic scrip because the company selling the DLC for some reasons refuses to take these funny modern dollar thingummies that young people are using now, and then making it impossible to buy the exact amount you need for the content you want unless you're lucky as well as impossible even to buy enough for the content you want in a single purchase because the online store doesn't use baskets.
All of which will pale into total insignificance if the day ever dawns when you have to pause the game and enter your credit card number so Shepard can have another thermal clip at a critical moment. Aside from the fact that no matter what certain people say I think it damn well is price gouging there's the problem that your game's broken if your internet connection is unreliable, which it certainly can be in parts of Australia and I've heard also even in parts of the US. The company that first does that, and we all know who's already mentioned it, doesn't get a cent from me as long as they keep it up.
