Not too many, if any, when a game goes gold and you repeat the same lies a week before launch

Well in that case there should've been a contract signed by them that my choices mattered before I put over 60 bucks on the game for that very reason.

Actually there was, but it's debatable else you could sue immediately.

Any legal advertisement is a legally binding argument depending on what they indicate, if an interview is considered an advertisement based on them trying to get you to get the game, then it is also included. The issue is that the advertisements were primarily trailers and previews and videos and these videos may or may not have had disclaimers. Granted with enough of an army of lawyers if you can afford it, disclaimers count for nothing.

Yeah, I know. And the same with that Facebook message they deleted in which they announced that they weren't gonna change anything at all, not even clarify (if I remember correctly - the details of this whole mess are starting to blend together into one gigantic sh*tstorm...

Seems a recurring theme with this one...

I called him out on his trolling in another thread and he said "you steal from children what should I do?  I hope you can live with yourself."
He doesn't even elaborate but it doesn't take a genius what his logic is.
Some people unhappy with the endings donated to a charity.
Some of those people demanded their money back when they found out.
Therefore everyone who is unhappy with the endings steal from children.

Not to mention the whole "I have a life" argument loses all its weight when he's been here arguing for hours already and it really doesn't take much to post.  I listen to music and sometimes I'm playing playstation while i'm doing this.
