Morinth was a missed opportunity in ME3, I was really gutted with how she was treated. Shepard is likely the first real friend Morinth has ever had. I really wanted Shep and Morinth to have a Luther/Alice (from the tv show Luther) type relationship. Anyway Morinth never stuck a gun in Shepard's face, Wrex did twice so he gets my vote.
I did feel that Morinth was a missed opportunity. She deserved at least as much as some of the other ME2 squaddies got (which wasn't much). So much potential wasted.

Methinks many people are butthurt over the fact that some people just won't lie down and suck up everything Shepard spews up. The VS was a member of the Alliance who had a job to do. Loyalty to the cause trumps loyalty to the individual, always.
I cut them some slack for Horizon because of the circumstances but Mars was the last straw

And there were no circumstances to Mars? Cerberus attacks. Earth's just been blown to pieces. The VS hasn't talked to Shepard for six months (fault on BioWare's part). The VS needs reassurance that Shepard's still the same person, not some resurrected husk like the other troopers. A simple expression of individuality will reassure those doubts.

The VS had a chance to visit Shepard when he was in alliance custody, they simply chose not to. At this point Shepard doesn't owe them any explanation, he has spent the last six months explaining himself to the alliance and since Shepard was fighting the cerberus troopers on Mars I would say that vindicates Shepard.

Disloyal would be... Zaeed, Kasumi and maybe Morinth.

according to the IPad app they do try to visit you but the alliance doesnt let them

Without the husk thing, there really would have been only one conversation, the one in the elevator. And remember, when Shepard voices his concern in the Cerberus base that 'I might be just a high tech VI that thinks it's commander Shepard', the VS is the one who says 'You're real enough for me'. At least, that's Kaidan's line, I can't remember Ashley's.

Interesting, I remember a line when Shepard was visiting Ash in the hospital and he asked why she didn't visit and she said something to the effect of not being able to face him.

I'd say Jacob is least loyal. For one, he cheats on FemShep (How long did you expect me to wait?) For another, he doesn't seem very loyal to any one thing. He goes from Alliance to Cerberus, to Shepard, to this other group with what seems little to no hesitation, and deliberately declines to "let the past affect him".

never had ash make it past virmire for me so I was just assuming her message would be about the same as kaidans since bioware shoehorned them into the same role
kaidans message is along the lines of "heres hoping the alliance lets me see you"

VS is, as already mentioned, loyal to the alliance first and foremost. If shepard earns their trust, they would gladly walk into hell with him.

That said, even the strategy guide says that you'll have to grin and bear it through Ashley giving you crap if you want to romance her/make nice. She's actually written rougher and more distrusting than Kaidan. I watched gf play with Ashley surviving, and she was so tired of the VS that she didn't even let Ashley stay on the ship, lol...whereas my Kaidan romance had us both pretty happy.

tali may be loyal to shepard but unless garrus and liara. she always put her people first no matter what.liara was willing to fight her own mother. it hurt her, but she did it.

Very close second goes to Liara, who obviously went to hell and back to bring you back from the dead.
Most disloyal is Morinth, she actively tries to kill you. I would probably say distant second is either Legion or Zaeed is second least loyal, Legion because while he has a cute admiration for you, I get the feeling he only helps because it helps the geth, and Zaeed because he's in it for the money.

Most Loyal: Garrus, Kaidan, Joker, Chakwas, and Liara
Fairly Loyal: Miranda, Jack, Samara, EDI, Tali, and Traynor
Somewhat Loyal: Kasumi, Zaeed, and Kelly
Least Loyal: Jacob
I'd trust any of them except Jacob, honestly. But I worked my butt off for their loyalty.

Least loyal = Morinth. You save her, and she tries to kill you, in ME2 and ME3.
