Ok, an other problem:

i have textures (materials: diffuse, normal, specular). So far, so good :)
I use textures with diffuse and normal map.

lightmap off

http://social.biowar...p/31/album/920/

lightmap on

http://social.biowar...p/31/album/921/

If the ligtmap is on, the normal map texture disappears. Why? Whats wrong here?

That's in the toolset right? What does it look like in game? I did notice my terrain looked kind of non-bumpy in game, but I didn't look into it.

Hm, if I remeber correctly I saw a comment in the lightmapper python script, that normals are currently not passed to Yafaray for lightmap rendering. That would probably explain what you see...

Hmmm, that's the same in blender, but goes over my skills :?

By the way, the same with original bioware textures:

Before do all local posts

lightmap off

http://social.biowar...p/31/album/923/

lightmap on

http://social.biowar...p/31/album/924/

After do all local posts

http://social.biowar...p/31/album/926/

This is the only suspect line in my log:

I: 20:05:42 - no FESL allocator defined

Yes thats true. It's only after I make the lightmap that the normalmaps disappear.

(But what about the displacement maps? Where in the material properties do we put them?)

The lightmap error was that stupid conflict with python. If you have the right python ver. it will work fine...

http://social.biowar...74/index/275454

eclipse ray 1.2 will help out too...
