The announcement that anything was going to be done about the ending gave me just barely enough hope to start a second playthough.  I probably wouldn't have bothered if not for the fact that I avoided Javik on my first playthough because I wanted to see what the retail version of the game was like.  Yeah, that was pretty stupid.

Even with the new character to keep me interested, I still feel guilty for playing the game without the revised ending on my hard drive.  I feel like I'm driving Shepard towards a cliff while hoping that Bioware builds a bridge before I get to it.

Whether or not I get to the cliff (finish the game) depends entirely on Bioware at this point.
