I dont' think that Liara would cheat on Shep, from the start, Javik considered every single race as primitive, if you think that a paragon shep makes javik less of a ****, then you are wrong, after thessia and the whole speech that javik says to Liara, shep asks if what he said was from the heart, the only thing that javik says is that if shep wants to hear the answer he likes to hear, so in the end he's still a ****.
Besides, at the end, Liara is expecting the blue children from shep, that and the fact that if my shep finds out (which he would because he has EDI watching her all the time), he would kick both of them out of the airlock after he shoots and kicks both of their asses.
