I hate the Reloi. Birds get sick as soon as the council accepts them to the galactic community. Bah!

The Batarians had the most disruptive culture in the ME universe. They contributed the least to galactic society, while demanding the most. They were militarily incompetent, getting their heads handed to them by the newly arrived humans. The actively oppressed their citizenry. They just seemed to be in constant possession of the "idiot ball." It's like BW had a vendetta against them.
