Overall probably the Krogan. Too destructive, violent and war-prone with the few exceptions such as Wrex and Eve. I get the feeling history will repeat itself when it comes to the Krogan..

Well if you did the geth fighter squadren mission you would hate them too or at least strongly dislike them, ****s are the sole reason that of every organic death by the geth that includes the heretics.Xeomonos wrote...
I liked all the species actually, it's interesting to learn about fictional cultures; they're all very well constructed imo.
So much Quarian hate...perhaps I'm too forgiving.

Yahg. As smart as Salarians, strong as Korogans, and as violent as Vorcha? I hope they reapers decided to take them out before they died.
Actually I liked the yahg, they're gonna be superiour to the protheans. They're about to discover spaceflight and the reapers are ignoring them. Their society doesn't have too much conflict because as soon as one asserts authority they ALL fall into line. They might have a chance at defeating the reapers if they find the messages liara sent out.

My least favorite are actually the Hanar. Creep me out.
My first impulse was to say the Volus, but they actually amuse me.

Yeah, that bothered me as well.Aris Ravenstar wrote...
Not fond of the Mass Effect interpretation of humanity either. I played the most saint-like paragon there was and she was still putting Earth before her galactic neighbors. She wasn't even born there!
The whole setup was actually a little far-fetched. Asking every single race to abandon their homeworlds to take back the human one...seriously? That's stupid.
Anyway, I don't really hate a species in ME. Some on them are just boring, like the Batarians.

If they really are that smart then why are they trapped on their home world, they murdered the councils contact team and if they truly were that smart they would have taken advantage of the opportunity to rise and then take over.
The shadow broker was a freak of nature, he was probably so smart because after years in captivity he more than likely learned something from whoever the billionaire genius that captured him was. im assuming billionaire genius because what kind of person other than a billionaire genius would want or be able to get a yahg.

That is assuming Shepard ultimately failed at stopping the Reapers...
