Yahg. As smart as Salarians, strong as Korogans, and as violent as Vorcha? I hope they reapers decided to take them out before they died.

Actually I liked the yahg, they're gonna be superiour to the protheans. They're about to discover spaceflight and the reapers are ignoring them. Their society doesn't have too much conflict because as soon as one asserts authority they ALL fall into line. They might have a chance at defeating the reapers if they find the messages liara sent out.

If they really are that smart then why are they trapped on their home world, they murdered the councils contact team and if they truly were that smart they would have taken advantage of the opportunity to rise and then take over.

The shadow broker was a freak of nature, he was probably so smart because after years in captivity he more than likely learned something from whoever the billionaire genius that captured him was. im assuming billionaire genius because what kind of person other than a billionaire genius would want or be able to get a yahg.

Did you not read their codex entry? They're as smart as salarians. They're also a very young civilization. Go check it out before arguing.

http://masseffect.wi...s/Shadow_Broker

It wasn't a codex entry, it was a dossier on the pre-Yahg Shadow Broker and his communications with and about the Yahg, "Kechlu". The Shadow Broker's operatives state that the single Yahg they did capture seemed to be as smart as a salarian. One Yahg is not representative of an entire population. He was most obviously different from the others in his species because he was the only one the operatives encountered without having to use lethal force. So most likely, he was a freak of nature and not all Yahg are as smart as salarians.

There's a codex entry on them in ME3 sir

Vorcha.

But seriously, what the balls happened to the Vorcha anyways? I don't even get to see one in ME3, and yet I command a fleet full of them somehow.

Edit: Oh wait, I saw two, disregard.

New candidates to replace TIM. I shall call them TIV.

I am aware of that. I am staring at it as I type this but the Yahg entry in the Codex does not reference the Shadow Broker. It also says nothing about their intelligence as a species being on par with salarians.

The Batarians. Because i'm a human and they are human-haters. The only good thing the Reapers did was wiping them out before coming to Earth.

I don't hate any of the races, but as for their ruling bodies, the salarians. Don't get me wrong, individual salarians are totally awesome and bro (see also: icon), but that backstabbing cloaca of a Dalatress, the fact that salarian clans threatened to rebel if salarian fleets defended other sectors of the galaxy, they make the same mistake twice (uplifting the krogan went well, let's uplift the yahg!), they can't control their own special forces, and they can't let old grudges lie. The Salarian Union makes the turians look like Mister Rogers.

Also, the fact that they've seriously considered war against the turians, humans, and asari alarms me. Sure, realistically, every government probably has those kind of files, but the salarians' are the only ones you directly learn about.

Don't have much hatred to any race. All races have their dark sides. Krogans acted violently during Rebellions, Salarians created and Turians used the Genophage, Asari are advanced because of the hidden Prothean Beacon, Quarians created and tried to destroy (twice) the Geth, Geth averted their genocide by genociding Quarians, Protheans were highly imperialistic. Humans...well, still 'Umies. Batarians are angered by the Council favoring humans instead of them. Damn, even Vorcha is just limited by their biology.
It's pretty much like the real life. Every nation has dark spots on it's history. Often we don't hate somebody, because their ancestors did something, but we search for something that their ancestors did to justify our hate.

I hate the quarians with a passion. They're like gypsies, except genocidal.

Comments like that are going to get you in trouble,
That's pretty derogatory, and I'm not talking about Quarians.

Anyway, Mine would be Salarians, I liked Mordin, but their government as a whole is just selfish,
Going on about how We can't undo the genophage because XYZ

IT'S NOT GOING TO MATTER IF WE ALL GET WIPED OUT.

Humans, because they are the most boring.

Seriously if I have to sit one more minute listening to Jacob, Miranda or Ashley, I will ask the reapers myself to assimilate them...

Batarians

followed by Geth

I think Bioware went overboard trying to make the Geth sympathetic it kinda felt they were beating me over the head with "GETH JUST MISUNDERSTOOD!"

Indeed, the only reason people have to like the Geth is the fact that Legion was pretty cool. But people are quick to forget that they allied themselves with the Reapers not once, but twice!

Quarians for not learning their lesson and trying to wipe out all Geth a second time. Idiots.

The biggest thing I like about Mass Effect is the different species so I can't really say I... 'hate' anyone.

I think the Quarians' decision to start a fight with the Geth under a Reaper invasion was kinda dumb, but that was the Quarian leadership's fault.

The whole "Earth is under attack and is the most important so we must save it NOW!" deal in the game made me dislike humans. We got plenty of games already containing humans and them being in the centre, it's getting... tedious.

I've come to accept Asari but in ME1 I disliked them because they were the blue female humans that were supposedly aliens, that everyone should love. >.>

Until ME3, definitely the Krogans. Listening to Eve though, made me change my mind a bit, still not sold though.

I don't mind the Batarians, not what they do but because they're a bit different.

Vorcha probably.

I used to love the asari, and I dont hate them as a race. But I do hate their higher ups now for knowingly hiding a PROTHEAN BEACON. WTF ASARI.

I'd say the Batarians! They make me want to send them flying with a specific journalist-angered right hook!

Especially when I got poisoned while I was partying hard on Omega's Afterlife.

They were a great part of the story and I'm glad I had someone to have conflict with besides the obvious enemies

Vorcha, mostly. Not so much because they're disgusting (though they really are), I just don't understand them as well as the other races. All we really get to know about them is that the space vermin essentially.
