On the one hand, good on you for giving cupcakes to kids. On the other hand, are you seriously suggesting that feedback passed to the Mass Effect 3 team should be in some way limited to that which celebrates their work or accomplishment?
Knowing when you screwed up and the ability to admit it is one of the most importent aspects of working for a living. I think that the developers, as adults and professionals, need to face the negative feedback honestly, which thus far seems not to have happened. Appeals to artistic integrity and apparent unwillingness to acknowledge that the ending failed to measure up to BioWare standards do nothing positive, Chris.
