Well the delivery says it's "no charge" so BioWare won't have to pay anything really.

I know what I'd do with them: I'd upload a vid on YouTube of all 402 cupcakes being thrown in the garbage after receiving them, just to give the 'retake people' a sweet taste of reality.

Trust me, That is something Bioware would never do because of TWO reasons:

1. The people who donate to this actions still like the people at Bioware because they gave us ALOT of very good games and happy/sad/<fill in your emotion> feelings.

2. If they would do what you said, that means they would throw away a nice gesture of saddened fans, who have high hopes that bioware can understand their feelings of betrayal. This would cause even a bigger uproar then the ending itself then.

3. Cupcakes are nice!! I want one too and I bet not a single Bioware would complain about having something nice with the coffee

I thought about it, if Fuss cupcakes is extremely close to the stuidos as claimed, the organizer can just take them himself or get some of the Fuss cupcake staff help take it. Or go with them. Since it says 'Ship via Delivery' the organizer can go, pay and allow them to take it. I dunno. In the OP it seems he paid by Credit card..so maybe an invoice error?

Yea I'm not too concerned about it etiher. Paypal is super "buyer friendly" when it comes to fraud--they almost always side with the one paying and chastise the merchant big time. This is happening, no need to worry.
