At this point the best you can hope for in return is $5 DLC that allows cupakes to be delivered to Shepard's cabin on the Normandy.  Oh, and if you pre-order the DLC you get the C-55 Cupcake Launcher to silence the screaming Banshees with.

For the record, I think that either a Marauder Shields cake or a donation to Kids Need to Read via Full Paragon would be great for the excess.  Should it be up to those who gave the excess donations to decide, though?  Is there a log that shows who donated above the excess?
