Well apparently the HTL site doesn't want to send me my confirmation e-mail so I won't be posting there.

Wait, are these donuts or cupcakes? I vote cupcakes.

Unless donuts = cupcakes in Canada...I have no idea. Lol.

Originally they were supposed to be donuts, but that idea was scrapped because Red, Blue and Green donuts are hard to find, and probably taste like crap.

So it's cupcakes now!

It would be ideal to get in contact with one of these bakeries and have them set up a chipin page that goes directly to them and have them send a guy with a camera to edmonton during the delivery and make it a whole marketing thing for them at the same time. It's win/win.

I went ahead and updated the page again. Yalison also brings up a good idea. Will take the whole camera thing under advisement.. that would be awesome.

This seems a bit two-faced...like Judas' kiss or something...seems like it might backfire. :\\

I agree about the pestering part. They've said they're going to make an announcement in April, do we constantly have to belabor this point day after day? I think they get it by now. Let's let them have the time to figure out what they want to do. They might have the most brilliant thing ever in the works, but if we keep pestering them, they might lose motivation.

That said, I actually like the idea of cupcakes. Only don't make them all the same. Do something nice for them not because we want something, not to try and make a not-so-subtle point, but simply because we want them to know that, despite our issues with how ME3 ended, we really do appreciate all the hours of entertainment that they've given us.

Aha, gotcha.

I think this is a great idea. I think it's a fun, amicable, and generally pleasant way to get the point across. Certainly can't be worse than some of the mail they're getting...

Besides, they're probably hearing the argument "But all the endings are the same, just with different colors!" over and over again. It'd be refreshing to see a new take on it.

I heart this idea SO much. I just wish I wasn't broke until payday. If you do a round two, I'm totally in.

It's meant to be light hearted.

I think we all understand that they get our dilema (hopefully). This is more of "here's hoping you still remember our dilema X weeks after" in a not so "burn bioware burn!" sort of way.

Plus it's cupcakes, and who the does not like cupcakes?

I like it. Granted its something they already know but not only does it fit the point but it also gives them something to munch on with lots of sugar while working on DLC.

As to the dog poo cupcakes. Not a bad idea but thoes go to EA not Bioware.

The only downside to this is other companies or even Bioware might screw with future endings of games in hopes of recieving free cupcakes.

OP how much money do you need for this operation to be a go?

Could we send this even 1 step farther (if we generate more money than needed) and send some of these cupcakes towards ea? People tend to focus on Bioware, but EA is the one who will approve on the size, the price (if any), and the content of the dlc...NOT Bioware. I think they need to get the message as well.

I think if you leave a note with the cupcakes that explains the intent...to present the "constructive feedback" in a unique and lighthearted way, then you'd be covering your butt enough. We definitely don't want to give them the impression that they're off the hook. Lol.

I laugh. I support this, and I haven't even SEEN the endings. (waiting for the import patch) I appreciate tongue-in-cheek humor, so I am in. Red team, GO!
edit: Bioware is more 'on the hook' than they have ever been...

Check the main post, I'm currently taking ideas for what to attach in the notes. I'll send a page or so of feedback to them with the cupcakes.
