It would be ideal to get in contact with one of these bakeries and have them set up a chipin page that goes directly to them and have them send a guy with a camera to edmonton during the delivery and make it a whole marketing thing for them at the same time. It's win/win.

OP DO THIS PLEASE.

That said, I actually like the idea of cupcakes. Only don't make them all the same. Do something nice for them not because we want something, not to try and make a not-so-subtle point, but simply because we want them to know that, despite our issues with how ME3 ended, we really do appreciate all the hours of entertainment that they've given us.

Originally they were supposed to be donuts, but that idea was scrapped because Red, Blue and Green donuts are hard to find, and probably taste like crap.
So it's cupcakes now!
Aha, gotcha.
I think this is a great idea. I think it's a fun, amicable, and generally pleasant way to get the point across. Certainly can't be worse than some of the mail they're getting...
Besides, they're probably hearing the argument "But all the endings are the same, just with different colors!" over and over again. It'd be refreshing to see a new take on it.

I agree about the pestering part. They've said they're going to make an announcement in April, do we constantly have to belabor this point day after day? I think they get it by now. Let's let them have the time to figure out what they want to do. They might have the most brilliant thing ever in the works, but if we keep pestering them, they might lose motivation.

It's meant to be light hearted.
I think we all understand that they get our dilema (hopefully). This is more of "here's hoping you still remember our dilema X weeks after" in a not so "burn bioware burn!" sort of way.
Plus it's cupcakes, and who the does not like cupcakes?

Could we send this even 1 step farther (if we generate more money than needed) and send some of these cupcakes towards ea? People tend to focus on Bioware, but EA is the one who will approve on the size, the price (if any), and the content of the dlc...NOT Bioware. I think they need to get the message as well.

The only downside to this is other companies or even Bioware might screw with future endings of games in hopes of recieving free cupcakes.

I think if you leave a note with the cupcakes that explains the intent...to present the "constructive feedback" in a unique and lighthearted way, then you'd be covering your butt enough. We definitely don't want to give them the impression that they're off the hook. Lol.

Check the main post, I'm currently taking ideas for what to attach in the notes. I'll send a page or so of feedback to them with the cupcakes.
