I'm talking with Logan to hammer out a plan for this. He'll be making calls tomorrow/today when things open up. This isn't our idea I'd like to say, but HTL refuses to give me a confirmation e-mail so I can't get involved in the origin thread there. Anyway, just stay tuned until he updates. First we do the cupcakes to Bioware. If that is a success, we can launch some other project for EA (although we would need someone from America to help organize, since EA HQ isn't in Canada).

HOWEVER:

When you get all the info you should update the op with everything regarding;

-The price your asking for each of us
-The quantity of cupcakes you want to be delievered
-How much time we have to get this done
-Mission statement (do you want everyone to write a little personal note? Do you want to just send cupcakes with different colors and let bioware figure out the rest? Do you want to send a community letter and send our appreciation to bioware with the cupcakes in a snarky way)

Before any of that we need to spread this like wild fire. If anyone has a neogaf account could someone make a new thread, or post in the ME3 Spoiler OT 2: Taste the Rainbow thread?

Oh and I just want to add that we shouldnt go overboard and send so many cupcakes as to create wasteful cleanup from this that has them cursing the cupcakes. Instead we should aim to have them pleasantly surprised and touched. 1 cupcake per employee or something close should be our goal.

Also I am uncomfortable with sending a photographer with the cupcakes, I feel that sours the message and prevents the employees from truly enjoying them.

That's why we're having a professional bakery make and deliver it. That bakery is based right out of Edmonton. No one from RetakeME3 will actually touch those cupcakes themselves. We will just be the driving force behind them

I'll have to think about the photographer... but as a compromise, I could get them to take a picture of all of the cupcakes in one shot. That way we can see the fruits of our labor. If Bioware wants to take a photo, they can do it of their own volition.

But we'll cross that bridge when we get there.

I personally feel that this is a much better idea. It gives us a bit of visual satisfaction for sending the cupcakes, but allows the employees to enjoy them in peace.

I'm still not sure if that would be enough though! Junction Point (the epic mickey team) has a 700 team right now working on Epic Mickey 2 alone. 

 I would like confirmation by any mod to be on the safe side. Because if you order to much then they'll most likely go in the trash, and plus waste the bakers hard time and effort in making the cupcakes.

 I'll try to pm chris to see how much we should make...at least a ballpark range.

Bioware employees frequent these forums every day. I'm sure they already know about this, and if not, will soon know about this.
