This is the best idea in the thread.

-Whilst I can sympathize with the idea of "payback", its abit petty and it wont paint the doners or the originater of this idea in a very flattering light. Better to hold some kind of "moral high ground" and deliver on what was promised.

We have tried the angry community "stick" approach. We are now trying the loving community "carrot" approach. Let's see how much mileage we get out of this before we start looking for ways to beat BioWare up with the stick again.

Rather clever idea, one that should have been used in the beginning, but isn't this partially just adding salt to the wound? They know you don't like the endings, they are taking feedback, and they have offered press statements saying the ending will be changed to a certain degree. Don't mind me, I'm just going to be off over here.... donating to causes hoping to end world problems.... instead of trolling gaming developers, feel free to join anytime.

Wouldn't it be simply better if devs would give us what we want in form of DLC, for which we have to spend some BW Points? Developers would get their money, we would get our endings and everyone would be happy. I'd say that would be win-win.

Two points are already made anyway, fans care and same taste in different colours. Let's not dissappoint them with emptiness. Kind of defeats the first point.
