Not everyone at EA is bad. I've been talking with Thomas Rogers, an executive customer relations person, and for once it feels like I'm being heard. He actually took time to personally address my complaint and seems to understand my problems with ME3 as well as the community's. He even agreed with me on some of my viewpoints.
He could be bluffing about trying to get to the bottom of the problem, but he comes across as sincere. This man deserves cupcakes.

Everyone knows that you go for the waitresses at the clubs and not the strippers unless you've got serious game. But that's neither here nor there. All I'm saying is the guy deserves props for actually responding and not giving the typical copy paste response that's been common as of late. It seems that he's given more leeway to respond than what I've normally seen. Probably because it was a response to my BBB complaint.

Me: Well I'd like to think I form my own opinions based on evidence, and don't just arbitrarily rate cupcakes based on some made up number system where companies like IGN can be swayed. Remember that guy who got fired from gamespot for not liking a cupcake?
Besides they didn't have time to eat the entire cupcake, and very few cupcakes deserve a perfect ten, the cupcake you made wasn't perfect, though I did love it until the end.
