Hey Bioware, you know what I find funny?
You're being offered three colours to choose from, and using your own critical thinking you've made your own decision and said "We choose option #4".
Giving Shepard that same choice would go a long way to showing you understand where this went wrong.

On the other hand, it's not as if they're being thrown out and they were donated to a youth centre.

Wow... @chrispriestley. So you guys have just basically slapped everyone who donated or supported this right in the face. I didn't think there was any way that this could turn sour. I'm ashamed to admit I was wrong...
While donating to a youth shelter is fine, the fact that they seem to just dismiss our attempt at being friendly is rather dissapointing.

I'm glad they gave them to charity. Who eats them makes no difference, the idea was to further bring the point home to Bioware, and that's been done. Good work all!
So Bioware ate none of the cupcakes?
Hmmm.....

^ This.
Anyway, nice to see that the messages were kept and that kids in need are getting some treats off the back of the generosity of both Retake and Bioware. Good work, everyone.

Did you guys at least read the notes that were attached to the boxes?
You mean all these?
Yep. I have all of the messages (not all were cut out by Fuss, they are the white print-out at back). And those are being kept by the team.
Hmm....

Did you just say that an important aspect in passing feedback is to only pass complimentary feedback?
It most certainly appears so.

It would have been funny if you happened to take the picture with a paper shredder in the background. Man I could imagine the ruckus now.

I couldn't donate in time for the cupcakes (yet I donated to the Full Paragon), but I still got the "Thanks but no" vibe from the answer, does this mean that they're being evil for donating it to charity? Nop, just that people wished they could take this friendly joke as it is, a friendly and sweet joke.
Don't argue over people's perception of this answer, it'll weaken the unity, just let people be with their own feelings, we didn't even know if they were going to accept the cupcakes to start with.
They got the cupcakes: good.
They didn't eat the cupcakes: not so good for some, it happens.
Kids got the cupcakes: great.
