I received a Javelin in my first spectre pack and a widow in about my 7th. No luck on a BW yet.

I still dont have the Black Widow, after more than 150 spectre packs. I have the Widow II though, as well as the Paladin, Saber, and a shotgun that was an N7 but I cant remember its name. Honestly, all I ever use is my Paladin anyway, so im not to bothered by it.

Got a widow last night, probably around 20-30 spectre packs? Slapped it on a salarian engineer and went to test it out in silver, being the only person alive on wave 10 with two phantoms and four nemisis hunting for me was alittle annoying given my overall lack of experience with sniper rifles but between decoy, energy drain and big frickan bullets, worked out in the end.

N7 rating of about 578, opened.....gazillions of spectre packs, got M98-Widow X, and just about 90% of the shotguns at X, a few Ultra rares with level 2 and 3......

But no Black Widow.

Man, it really is random.

I didn't keep track of how many packs of any type that I've bought, but I'll estimate maybe 30 recruit packs, 10 veteran, 8 premium veteran, and maybe 10 or just under Spectre packs. I've unlocked all but the Quarian Engineer and have unlocked the Widow and BWidow. I got the BW on maybe my third Spectre pack.

However, for the longest time I only had 1 pistol and just unlocked the Carnifex last night. Still missing a lot of the other weapons (Javelin, Claymore, Saber, Revenant).

 i am n7 300 and i have widow IV. however i did buy a bunch of paks with bioware points. but i dont tbink im more than 50 paks in total.
 
got a ton of others too saber carnifex revenant claymore falcon.....

Not sure how many packs it was, but I'm N7 115 now, and I got a widow IV around N7 100. Got a Javelin I around N7 105... and since then I got a Talon and Saber I. No black widow sadly, but my luck with N7 weapons this weekend has been pretty spectacular.

N7 500+ .. I've got the Talon, yay!
Don't buy anything but Spectre packs, but keep ending up with stuff I don't want or need. I'm probably the only N7 500+ who's still got 2 rockets per game.

QI has become my favorite class. i use a mantis X and i am loving these sticky grenades..cloak and sticky someone lol be sure to get the fire one power while remaing cloaked it rocks

 N7 170, still have yet to get either a widow or black widow after somewhere around 60 - 80 spectre packs, have every shotgun that I will never use though, yea these packs really hate me <_<

I have a Widow 7 and a Black Widow I, got the black widow last night after trying for ages to get it. Idk how many packs I've bought, but probably somewhere betweeen 120-150. Only N7 weapon I'm missing now is the Javelin.

Black Widow on my first Spectre pack. Since I don't use sniper rifles, I knew this boded ill for future packs. I now have like 6 different sniper rifles.

I got my widow in one of the first ten since spectres do guarantee a rare. Took me ~80 spectres to get the Black Widow, then in about 20 more I got it again, and at the end of those 100 spectres I also had gotten Paladin 2, Javelin 1, and one other N7 rare.
