I appreciate the effort that went into this image, but I am glad Tali'Zorah, and the Quarians as a whole, do not look like this. I'm fine with the current image BioWare has given to the Quarians and Tali'Zorah, I just would have preferred that they created the image in the game, and not a photoshopped image of a real picture.
The Tali I would have used
