Hi,
I've used my Mass Effect 2 character.
However after completing the krogan mission and after arriving on Earth I've been put back to level 1 without any skill point.

On web I've seen that others had the same problems, so I've written to EA Technical support but they told me that they didn't know anything and It's a problem of my game and not a technical problem and I've to solve it with the help of other gamers O.o.... ( very helpful!) 

I think that there's no solution.... but I think that EA, ORIGIN and Biowere could have more respect of their customers.
